I had an excellent experience at Lex Brodie's. It was my first time taking my car anywhere besides the dealership. The person on the phone and in the office had great customer service. My car didn't take very long to get serviced either. Thank Lex Brodie's, I will be back. 5 stars for great customer service and quick, efficient servicing!

The entire team is outstanding and one in particular, Freddie, goes above and beyond to assist the customer. He is a true professional and makes the entire team shine!! I recommend Lex Brodie's Tire-Aiea highly and suggest that Freddie be the "Employee of the Year"!

Don't go there if you want to keep a schedule or are limited on time. I understand that things run long or start late sometimes. I don't understand getting two text messages confirming my appointment at 9 AM and when I get there (at 9am) then sit in the waiting area for an hour and no one has even started on my truck. If you know you're running behind, would it hurt to send a updated text to your customers so they don't waste their valuable time sitting in your waiting room? I give this place one star. The only reason why there's two stars is because I've had good experiences with Lex Brodie's in other locations. This one not so good. Unfriendly, unprofessional. Make sure you clear your schedule before going there!

I went in for a tire blowout service for my Kia Soul. Got my passenger front tire replaced and the person who helped me I think her name was Mandy or Brandy. She was working the front counter and really provided exceptional customer service. I love this place for all my car needs. To me this place is the next best place to be in other than my church. They are honest, friendly and prompt. Took less than an hour and I was a walk in not a scheduled appointment. Thanks for making me a priority Lex Brodie. Also thank you Mandy or Brandy. Sorry I don’t remember your name. I will be back for sure for the other related services you recommenced to me

Yes, comparing in prices they are not over pricing. We know because we save 500 to 600 from them. the first place we went they over price us that amount . We are glad we went for second pricing.

Oh how I wish I remembered the ladies name who helped us out!! She was super sweet and checked over a car for us, and told us not to waste our time on it because it wasn’t worth what the guy was asking. She was so kind and amazing, grateful for her telling us what she thought of the car!!

Made a drop off appointment online for my 2000 Toyota Avalon. Lex Brodie's did the works for my baby! New Tires, Super Check Up Oil Change, and Safety Check! I got it all done at one location! I want to extend my congratulations to the Lex Brodie Organization for an outstanding service team at the Pearl Ridge location. The ambience in that customer service room is amazing with Mandy at the lead working magic listening to customer needs and a team spirit that she is able to orchestrate her magic within. I live on Kauai and have my car parked on Oahu for our business operations there, with The Covid restrictions we have not use the car for five months and it needed a safety check, I went to one shop/gas station , but was told it had failed because the tires needed replacing. I needed help and a limited amount of time to do it. My husband had a medical appointment and we were flying home the same day to avoid quarantine requirements, while he was in the hospital I was able to take care of things because I got a hold of Mandy who told me about the services and was able to give me the tires I needed and wanted, and she could complete my safety check but I would need to go back to complete alignment and some other issues that were identified. I knew I wanted to return to the Pearl Ridge location because of the service she and the team there gave me. I have not used Lex Brodie’s services before but I have been definitely sold on the Lex Brodie’s brand because of my experience of your Pearlridge store and that amazing leader ship and customer service provided by Mandy and her team. Today was my second visit Where my alignment was completed and the brake work was done in an amazing time frame again, I knew it was because she was cognizant of my timeline and the flight I had to catch and she was able to negotiate with her service team because of the relationships she has built and the teams willingness to be a team. As you can see I am in love with your pearl Ridge store I have a Mandy in my office and we treasure her. Your Mandy reminds me of my office manager, She is an indispensable part of our operation I hope that you know the treasure you have in your workforce and I hope that you will take care of her to take care and sustain your brand Mahalo!!!
