This location of Lex has undergone a facelift. My service experience was GREAT! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The new waiting area has a large tv and chairs. But the best part is a new desk area. They have installed an area, much like a library, where you have a private desk space, complete with electricity, wifi and air conditioning. The parking lot has also been repaved. Great experience!

Went there to replace 4 tires for my van. Ended up getting other things fixed while there. The office staff was great. The lifetime warranty on the repair was great. I recommend this place.

Took my car in for a free rotation and balancing on the set of tire I purchased from them. Appointment was at 10am and they signed me in and I was out by 10:45. Efficient and friendly service.

Went there to get new tires. I drive a econo-box so I didn't need anything special. They asked if I wanted to upgrade to a more performance tire but I politely declined. They did not try to pressure me into upgrading - a real plus. When I got my car back, I noticed that they took the time to clean my rims!! Was not expecting that. So had to get the rest of my car cleaned.

Having something go wrong with my car is one of the most stressful things for me. All the anxiety about what is wrong, how much it will cost to fix, how long will I be without my ride, etc... With that said, I am very glad that there are honest businesses like Lex Brodie's on island! My first experience here, I was concerned about my brakes and had them take a look. They informed me that my brakes were still in good shape and could go a little longer before replacing. I was fully prepared to pay for a diagnostic fee, which I had been accustomed to whenever I took my car to the dealership, and there was no fee! More recently, the check engine light had gone on in my car a couple of days ago, as well as a blinking lightning bolt symbol which I had never even seen before. Good old google informed me that I probably shouldn't drive my car with these blinking warnings illuminated. I called to make an appointment at Lex Brodie's. My call got dropped during the process, and I figure i would just make the appointment online. To my surprise, the service person called me back, apologized for the dropped call and helped schedule my appointment. She was so helpful and I regret not remembering her name. Yesterday, drove the car over to Lex Brodie's and left the car for Steve and the staff to diagnose and problem solve. About an hour and a half after drop off, Steve called to say they recommend changing the battery and quoted the cost. Then, an hour after that, my car was ready. No other concerns were reported, and the cost for service was less than what I was quoted for the diagnostic! Please be sure to bring your car here for your service needs, if you are sick of getting the runaround from your current auto service shop or dealership. Ain't nobody got time for that!
