After installing TPMS, tire wasn't topped off, sensor came on, tire was at 25 psi, all 4, special lug nut to unlock tires was never put away, could've lost it and cost me to buy another if I never seen it out, TPMS replacement was only for two tires, confirmed by dealer after diagnostic and another mechanic but went ahead to replace all four tires

Had to get a new tire right away because I was running my spare & I do a lot of driving. I couldn't get through to any shop for some odd reason. Lex brodies were the only ones to answer yesterday out of the many places I tried. Called to get a price of a tire with install and make an appt. I came in at 1pm for my appt, the girls at the front were very nice and friendly. Wait time wasnt long, was just enough time to walk up the road to get lunch.

Reliable, with some of the best customer service reps I've ever dealt with. I have been here twice in three days, and there are definitely two constants: 1) the customer service reps at the front are AMAZING, and 2) they could probably use more mechanics and safety inspectors. Trying to get my safety check done for car registration and the front desk workers are helping me all the way, telling me before hand what will/will not pass on the inspec. I failed the first inspec due to tires having no tread, and returned 2 days later on a Thursday assuming it would be real fast since the tires were all that needed to be verified. 2.25 hrs later, my 1-1.5 hr estimate was just finally being looked at. The front desk workers were super apologetic and understanding and cut me a discount for my time. Workers and service like this, despite occasional wait times, will ALWAYS keep me coming back!

They helped me out when I got a flat, unlike Midas that told me that they couldn't help me because they close in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Lex Brodies by Pearlridge.

Friendly staff. Called for an appointment for my safety check and was able to get me in the next day. Finished in an hour. Wifi available and alot of plugs and workspace to recharge or do work while you wait.
