Your staff made it very hard for me to pay for the service to my car. They have to call a service to approve checked. In the end I had to come back the next day when they told me my check could not be approved. Every check I tried they would not approve. Different accounts, different checks, it no mattah. I had to eventually transfer the money so I could use my debit card. Huge hassle and two extra days without my car. I can cash a check on my iPhone, seems like Lex Brody could do bettah.

Chelsea was awesome! On a very busy Sunday, she was friendly, helpful and service focused to people in the store, on the phone and fellow team members. What a juggling act!
