Great experience for my first time going through Lex Brodies.

Rating is mostly because of nice and friendly staff. Didn't expect that removing a nail from a tire was going to take one hour and twenty minutes, though. I can understand if I was a walk-in, but I had an appointment.

Staff is always helpful, cordial and friendly. Technicians do a good, professional job.

Service was very good. Told me what was wrong and they fix it. Told me to come back and check on other problem. Sure we will be back. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Heard squeaking / grinding sound I thought were from my brakes. Made an appointment online (which worked seamlessly) and brought my Camry into Lex Brodies Pearlridge for what I thought would be a brake job. They pulled off all four wheels and inspected my brakes (pads, rotors, etc) and determined they were in good condition. They even took it on a test drive to try to duplicate the noise I had heard and were not able to. They called me to let me know everything was ok and that I would be able to pick up my car. I expected to get a bill for their labor and inspection, but was told there were no charges. Very impressed with their integrity and policy. Will definitely be back!

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to thank Melanie and Ben (I hope I got their names right!) for their help when I needed new brakes on my car. When my car sounded making noises like cats fighting in a back alley, I knew I had to get my brakes checked out. After a lackluster experience with the dealership a few months prior, I decided I would head to Lex Brodie, even if they cost a bit more. I made an appointment online and dropped off my car to have it inspected. The intake was easy and they promised to call when they knew more. They said it was a good idea to bring the car in, as the brake pads were completely gone. (No thanks to the car dealership for failing to let me know when I brought the car there for new tires and to deal with a recall.) Once the car was done, they called and went over all the maintenance and charges. They let me use a printed coupon and the Yelp discount toward the labor charges. I really appreciated the top notch service and attention to detail. Yes, they cost more, but you definitely get what you pay for here.
