My husband and I were greeted with smiles as we approached the service counter. Stella, our advisor, was very pleasant. We left our cars knowing that service(s) would take a long time. Had lunch and in less than 2 hours, she called to say cars were ready for pick up. With our appreciation for her happy smiles, we gave Stella sushi bento. Thanks to all the guys who worked on the car quickly and efficiently.

The best overall courteous service that I have ever used. I use them rather than my car dealership. They are cheaper.

Friendly staff very knowledgeable on w hat needed to be done qith my car. Only draw back is the amount of time needed to get my tires replaced never a specific time frame need to play the waiting game.

I was experiencing vibrations and excessive ware on my 2003 Camry. On a whim, I decided to drop by for an estimate and Momi and her crew took me in and gave me a better quote than the one my wife got at another business. Holy Smokes! I absolutely could not believe it! They were quick, professional and friendly! The car was actually finished in under 30 Minutes! I was back home in less than one hour! There's absolutely no way any of the "other" businesses could have done that! I will say that it was a perfect time for me because they weren't busy at that time and could take me right away. This experience was sooo unreal, I almost cried! (sniff, sniff) I will definitely be back! Thanks Momi and crew!

I will be back to this location! I called everywhere and only lex brodies had my tire size. Got to make an appointment for the same day. Great service, friendly staff and fast service. They got my tire changed out in 20 mins. I was in and out quick! I've spend 2 hours at other places. Maybe I went on a good day!

I had an appointment at 2pm for a safety check but my car was not looked at until 2:40 and the person that looked at it wasn't even the inspector, just a worker that had no authority to do anything with my vehicle. The inspector came on the clock at 3pm and they proceeded to tell me I needed 2 new tires for them to approve my vehicle. Even though Ford just had my car and told me my tires were fine for another year. They wasted over an hour of my time and made me last for work. Safety checks are a 30 minute appointment any where else I'm never taking my car back to them.

Excellent service by staff, especially Steven! We were dismayed when we had discovered a slow leak and took our tire in. Received quick and friendly service. What a sigh of relief! Lex Brodie's is always a reliable and trustworthy place to go! Thank you very much!
