Service was fast and friendly! I was pleasantly surprised because they looked very busy with a line up of cars. However, even as a walk in, the screw in my tire was taken out in less than the 1.5hr wait time the girl had initally told me. The screw didnt puncture anything, so the service was free of charge!

I had an issue with a quote from a cashier at this location. The manager gave me a call and we were able to work the issue out. I like to spend my money in my community. Invest in those that invest in you. It is truly refreshing to see a company that still values its customers and its craftsmanship. Great job Lex Brodie's!

Good and fast customer service! I was in and out within an hour for a tire replacement. I love the fact that they have a full house of tires in-stock unlike other establishments that make customer wait hours for them to order tires from somewhere else.
