Made an appointment to get front left tire fixed since it had a slow leak and rotate/balance all tires. Got $10 off coupon and when I got there they told me about 2 hour wait. Went to Don Quijote and came back 45 min later truck was done. Leak fixed and tires rotated and balanced. Awesome service and will be back for tires and alignment.

The Waipahu store should stick to tire service. When I brought two of my three cars for tire replacement they did great. When I brought my truck in for safety inspection they made me jump thru hoops. Granted I was not charged each time I went in to complete my safety inspection, but going back for more than three times is ridiculous. 4.5 hours + for a safety check? Do they stop at every fault or defect before continuing? So if I had 10 deficiencies I would need to go back 11 times to pass the inspection? If this is standard procedure, I think it's time to not include this service at your stores. Unhappy? Yes. Returning? Slim chance.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was very kind and polite. Appointments are highly recommended if you are looking to get any kind of service that takes over 30 mins. My experience was expeditious despite being a walk-in (well, actually, towed in). Super Mahalo.

Scheduled an online appointment for a safety check. Also received a coupon for $10.00 off total purchase for using the online appointment calendar. Safety Check was done in 30 minutes. Great customer service!! Recommend to all !!

Friendly service. Not as fast as I would've liked, but the staff made up for it in friendliness and price. 7am appointment, mount and balance 2 tires, remount 1 on the spare. 2.5 hours. It seems to me that time more in line with a mid day rush, not first thing in the AM. Again, the staff more than made up for it. I will return and will just have to plan accordingly for time allotted on my next visit. I wish there were more options for my tire size. 15" truck rims aren't that common anymore so I understand. I had to order them online and staff didn't mind installing tires that were purchased somewhere else. Will return for tires and other work I can't do myself. Would definitely recommend them.

Break Service I've been looking for a good auto shop for the past 13 years here on Oahu and finally found one here at Lex Brodie's in Waipahu. I was feed up with getting ripped off by Tony Nissan when it came to servicing my vehicle, so i decided to go online and look for a different place when they told me that I needed new front and rear brakes and my rotors turned on my 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5SV that only had 57,000 miles on them . I told the service manager that I've owned 8 Altima's over the years and that I never needed breaks before 85,000 miles. I asked him to quote me a price and he came back with $900.00. I said forget it. After doing some research online I noticed that Lex Brodie's had very favorable reviews on Yelp, so I decided to give them a try. I went by the shop around 4PM on 2/10/19 and talked to Junior. He asked me to leave it overnight and he would do a brake inspection and call me back in the morning. He called me back at 0700 on 2/11/19 and told me that the front brakes and rotors were fine, and that the rotors on the rear were good also. All I needed was brake pads on the rear. I went ahead a got the ** Fixed Forever Brake Reline @ $359.99! Lifetime warranty for the brake pads and labor to resurface, as needed, rotors for $359.99, check the coupon section. I did this because I figured the next time, I needed rear brakes, I will probably need the rotors resurfaced. It is really nice to finally find an auto shop that you can trust to do the repairs that you need done at reasonable price. I want to give a personal shout out to Junior. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly - HONEST!!! I will be taking all three of my vehicles here for service in the future. You have a customer for life. Thanks, Tom
