Friendly, helpful, and caring customer service that always comes with a smile! I used their online appointment system to order new tires. On the day of the appointment, check-in was quick and very pleasant. They installed and aligned four tires for me within an hour, and I was soon on my way. Very pleased with these new tires and their excellent service! (My Service Provider was "CS".)

I am a female who doesn't know much about cars and usually full of anxiety when it comes to repairs...I hear of horror stories of women being sold high end parts that was unnecessary. I was delighted when I called to hear another female on the other end and her name was Leialoha. She was friendly and knowledgeable asked me what I "needed" and told me that it wasn't in stock but if I were to come in she would already have sent out a driver to pick up from another store. So I told her that I would be on my way. When I arrived I was greeted with another knowledgeable and friendly face and her name was Sela. I told her who I was and as stated everything was on its way. Sela walked me out and we inspected the car together. I only needed 3 tires (as I had changed one recently for a slash) but Sela explained that my vehicle was an all wheel drive and it might wear unevenly and or off set the alignment. With that said she didn't push and let the decision up to me. I of course bought all four and they gave me back the tire that was still good as I requested. I would like to thank Leialoha and Sela for a great experience. I will definitely recommend and come back.

Worst place imaginable! Was called out by a Samoan employee who was on the verge of wanting to fight me. All over them not being able to remove the lug nuts from my wheels. I was unaware that the wheel lock keys were in a back compartment and they didn't even offer to look. The Samoan male told me to leave the store. Very un professional. I will never go there again in my life. Goodyear in Kapolei helped me look and found the keys in less than 2 minutes. What kind of business are they running?

Cant beat those forever repairs... brakes, rotors, and now my alternator... makes me worry less knowing Lex Brodies has got my back....

ALOHA, I brought my 2001 RAV4 in for wheel alignment. The staff was on point and ready for my vehicle even though the shop was busy and I was early. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner. Lei Momi took my order via phone and followed up with email and text message reminders. She also checked me out and made sure my personal information and Rewards Program details were current. A big MAHALO to Momi and the entire staff!

Had to bring in my 2009 Corolla for service as the "tire icon" light came on again for the third time. I encountered "Junior" upon check-in and he immediately knew my car history. He was professional, personable and efficient. The technician "Garrision" was also professional and personable as he showed me what needed to be replaced. Overall, despite having to return three times, it was worth the service received at Lex Brodie-Waipahu. Please extend the free lunch to Junior and Garrison based on my 5-star rating.
