Took my car in for tires and alignment. The women advisors were very helpful and courteous. No fluffing or trying to oversell stuff. So nice to be in a place that didn't try to rip you off with outrageous prices and take advantage of you by selling you unnecessary services. Thank you for just doing what was asked without any added pressure.

Service was efficient. I was reassured that they communicated everything but based on my personal oil check prior to oil service, I believe the oil level was low but this was not communicated back to me.

Didn't get to write a review earlier when I took my truck in for a safety check but wanted to give a big mahalo to Mandy and the team at Lex for helping me out. The truck was outdated and needed a few things done, which was a little stressful but because of their great service going above and beyond, I got the truck updated that afternoon. also had my son take care of his truck there recently as well and everything was great! 5 stars!

Professional service.

If this was just based on my first visit I would give a higher rating, but this is for my over all experience. Not happy. I first took my car in to get two new tires. I asked if they charged to check the alignment. They said it's free! Okay awesome. When they were done they told me everything was fine. As soon as I got in my car and left it felt like the steering wheel was a little off to the left. But they said the alignment was fine so I thought it was just in my head and I was imagining things. But it kept bugging me, finally I knew it had to be off. But how?? They just checked the alignment and said it was fine. So I made an appointment and brought my car back in to be checked. My car did need an alignment. Also when I came back in they said that they never checked the alignment when I came in the first time. What??? They told me they did. They said I declined the alignment check. Why would I do that?? When it was free and I asked about it! When I was leaving from my first visit I distinctly remember asking; "Okay so the alignment is fine?" And they said yes. So they messed up and then didn't fix it. THEN they went on to tell me that they could not fix my alignment and that I would have to go somewhere else. WHAT???? You guys mess up my car, then won't fix it AND SEND ME SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I went somewhere else and they said you guys could of done my alignment. I did NOT need any special parts or anything special... It was a regular alignment. You guys sux. Will NOT BE BACK!!! Horrible customer service. Take responsibility when you mess up. AND fix it.
