Lex Brodie personnel think about the customer. I initially wanted to have all break repaired, but the repairman inspected my breaks and determined that I only needed replacement on one (1) axle. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I love Lex Brodies!

The two women working in the office were helpful. The young man who fixed my tires took the extra time to show me the problem, it was at the end of the shift I could tell workers were tired but they did their due diligence. I was in and out in about half hour. Good job! Mahalo nui!

Made my tire replacement appointment online; arrived ten minutes early before my designated appointment; got served right away; was told it would take 60-90 minutes, done in less than 60; paid the amount I was quoted online; off I went. What's not to like, I always do business here..it's painless//

called Lex brodie om 10/24/16 to get a quote ,Here is what I asked them to do .I wanted the TPS (tire pressure sensor) on my new 2017 Tacoma rims 16 inch to be taken out(16 are still on the truck) and put in on my new rims and tires I purchased 17 inch, She told me that it would cost a little over $300 for the 12 mount and dismount of tires and balance ,I asked her that does the tires have to taken off? can't you just break the seam and take out sensors instead of taking off the whole tire she said no .So I called DISCOUNT TIRE 3050 ualena st. 808-836-0475 for a quote Craig said that for everything that I mentioned would cost $80 without balancing, don't really need balancing since tires are not coming off, they just broke the bead on all tires and reached inside and took out sensor and replaced it on my new rims. So All I'm saying is was Lex Brodie trying to rip me off or just doing the job right .but $80 Versus $300 . I think it was a gross overcharge to make a profit. Call around when getting quotes you will be supprised. Mahalo DISCOUNT TIRE FOR A JOB WELL DONE !!!
