All things went well except I did not receive a phone call to let me know my car was ready.

This was my second time utilizing services at Lex Brodie's Waipahu. All other tire hassles that I have faced have been very stressful, but the customer service I received on my first visit was exemplary. After the quick and easy first fix about a month ago for my fiancés car, there was not even a question in my mind about where I would go for my next fix. I was later told by my mother that my grandfather was a die hard Lex Brodie's customer and I can see why. It nearly brought tears to my eyes when they woman at the customer service desk worked with me to meet my financial budget. At the end of the services as I was leaving, they also told me that who ever had done the tire rotation on my tires last did it wrong and it was comforting that they were so open to letting me know what the problem was and why my tires had balled down so fast. I think this is a beginning of a long and happy tire service relationship. Thank you Lex Brodie's- Waipahu.
