I arrived and notified the female behind the desk of a nail in my tire. The service was prompt and took care of my nail and tire pressure. I'm very happy with the service I get every time.

My last appointment for brake service went well. Jeffrey replaced brake pads and rotor. This appointment would have been avoided if only the pearlridge technician used the right parts. I do know that I paid for ceramic brakes but how could pearlridge use the metallic instead? Im going to avoid pearlridge. I could report that store for misrepresentation..they lied and cheated. I'm just happy I have the lifetime warranty on the brakes. But inconvenience? Pearlridge doesn't deserve a star. Thank you to lex waipahu. At least I can rely on Nestor and Jeffrey.

Went in for a safety inspection. Good service was done in a timely manner. They do need to clean up their waiting room chairs were dirty and had oil stains.

I've been here several times now and always had decent service until my most recent visit - they were awesome!! I had some time open up and wanted to get new tires same day. I called and Blossom was great - super patient as I wasn't prepared and had to go look up the size. She checked to make sure they had some available and told me the bring my car right in. When I got there we realized what they had in stock didn't come with a warranty so Leimomi found some for me at their Kaneohe location. I figured I'd have to bring my car back in another day but they said they could still get them and have them done same day. She also called me (I dropped my car off and didn't wait) with an update which was helpful in planning when to go back for my car. Lastly I was super pleased that they were totally cool about trying both discounts they had going to see which one would save me the most. Definitely my best experience there and l'll be back for sure!!
