Service manager was very polite and calm despite a hectic morning of customers wanting service. He is very professional. Actual tire replacement was done in a timely manner. Many thanks to Lex Brodie's. I will definitely continue to have tires serviced at this location.

Excellent service, but: 1. Should have been advised that mechanics do not come in and start work till 8:00 AM. It was pointless to make my appointment for 7:00 AM. 2. I brought my car in for an oil change and oil change only. Mechanic was in the process of rotating my tires which I did not ask for. So basically, I wasted about an hour an a half of wait time.

Thank you for the online appointment reservation feature. Also, the staff made my extended wait pleasant.

The staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Although a few days later my tire was low, I called and explained the situation they immediately accommodated me with an appointment that was convenient for me and they replaced that defected tire. My car broke down, towed it to you guys. Said the car was ready to pick up the next day. They didn't actually fix my car. Broke down again after I picked it up. Wasted a lot of money.

Friendly staff and great service. My only complaint is that no one filled the coffee dispenser for the several hours I waited. Yes, it's my fault too for not saying anything.
