Scheduled to install new tires a few days ahead but ended up having a day open. Called the shop and Sam was kind enough to tell me that the shop was slow and I could bring it by right then. He also was able to diagnose many issues that I completely overlooked on this used car I recently bought. Although it was a long list of tasks, Sam did his best to give me a very fair price knowing that the bill would be daunting. I ended up getting lifetime warranties as well because of the excellent service! Thank you Sam and the ladies at the front for taking care of me! Will be sure to come back!

Awesome and excellent service, fast and always finish on time. Brought in my car for a oil change and changed my two front tires which was finished pretty quick. Extremely disappointed with their service after waiting six hours and leaving. I asked numerous times how much longer the wait would be after I made it to six hours. I didn't get another time estimate. The response sounded like appointments were the priority. I called ahead of time and was told it would be a three to four hour wait, which was reasonable after a three day weekend of rain. The same wait time was noted again when I arrived about 30 minutes later. It was never suggested to get an appointment to make sure I would get service. I was also told they called me because they couldn't figure out how to use the valet key. I never received a call, and I was five feet away in the waiting room. I was never asked or given any updates at any point while I waited. I stayed in the waiting room because I needed to make a decision on whether or not I needed to purchase a new tire. When I asked for my key to leave, it was only then that I was told they would look at the tire, but by that point, I didn't want to give the company any money. I don't plan on returning in the future after being a customer for over 20 years. I like supporting local businesses, but I need to look elsewhere for a company that's more dependable. Not looking to resolve anything with the company and leaving this review for others considering their service. It's hit or miss. Read the other low ratings.

Went in today for what I thought was a tire puncture turned out it was just low on air . Ronnell Was super helpful and she was also very nice .I highly recomend if you have a tire issue Go to see Ronnell at Lex Brodie Waipahu.

Such friendly and helpful phone service and the same upon check in. Comfortable waiting room for patrons and excellent service. Came for a tire repair when I couldn’t get in anywhere else to get it repaired right away. I called and they took me right away. I’ve used the location in Honolulu and really love this one in Waipahu even better. Keep up the good work Lex Brodie!

I went in for my tire rotation and balance. also, asked to do a brake check. I was in and out in 45 mins.

Always great service experience from drop off to picking up vehicle.
