Sam, The Mechanic and Koa was very courteous, friendly, fast , efficient, knowledgeable . The wait wasnt to long and I think my tires was a good price.

We are so thankful for Lex Brodie's! Specifically Jordan, who has gone above and beyond to help us with our vehicle. Jordan always returns our phone calls, takes the time to explain the mechanics/diagnosis and has been nothing but honest with our family. We have worked with Jordan on multiple occasions and he has always made the process so seamless. We feel we can always rely on Jordan and the Lex Brodie's staff.

I had a full blown panic attack today but thanks to AAA, Empire Towing, and Lex Brodie's, my crisis was averted before 12:00 pm. I'm sure I got lucky given how speedy and quick all 3 companies were as I expected to wait and would have been completely fine with that--but the tow truck came within a half hour, I called Lex Brodie's ahead to let them know about the nail in my now flat tire, and the entire morning went smoother than I could have ever expected. Lex Brodie's staff was friendly, great with communication, efficient, and I thought the waiting area was a hoot with the table filled with items found in tires over the years as that was the exact reason I was there. Just a wonderful experience whether I had to wait longer or not. So appreciative of their service and looking forward to using them in the future. Absolutely will be recommending them to others.

The lady couldn't even tell me what's wrong with my tire all she said is you have warranty but if your tire bald it won't cover it, i said ok I understand but all I'm asking is why my tire is losing some air? Is there a nail? She didn't even know or check it then giving me attitude because I ask a lot of questions. Sorry lady I'm not a pro that's why I came to you guys and give me some advice and tell me what's going on.

Went in today for a single tire replacement on my daughters 🚘 suv. After explaining the problem and setting up the tire replacement we headed out to the vehicle. I explained the problem with the sales rep he asked me to turn my driverside tire outwards ( the good one ) he showed me the wear on the inside of the tire which he recommended changing along with the passengers side tire and knowing it was the result of alignment issues he recommended that I'd do the alignment. He was awesome.didnt push but knowing the ohana would be safe with all being done i gave him the ok. Everyone was nice wait time for two tires and the alignment was probably close to a couple hours.. the buggah drive like new on my trip to return the vehicle..😎 totally recommend this shop.. they busy so you know they do a good job at a fair price💰💸.....🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

The staff here is really great. I always ask for Ronnel. All staff members are great. But she's been with me since I started coming here. Lex Brodie's handles all of my company vehicles as well as all of my personal ones. Brakes, safety check, alignment, oil change and more. Often they offer same day or next day service. As far as pricing and service, they are the best! If you have a car and live in Oahu, I only recommend Lex Brodie's!

Made an appointment with Sela to get my safety inspection and oil change done. Dropped my car off at 7am, picked it up at 8am. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Sela was very polite and answered all my questions. Masks are still used here out of respect which I think is awesome. Prices were reasonable, I definitely coming back when I need service and recommend to anyone I know.
