rim slightly scratched, noticed when returned home

Been having an issue with one of my tires recently. For the past few weeks, the low air indicator would come on and I would have to fill air to bring up to correct PSI. No screws/nails found, figured it's just low. Well this morning when I came outside I noticed the one tire was completely flat! Luckily we have a portable air pump and was able to get it back to the right PSI. Go get one if you don't have one, totally worth it! Next, I called my normal tire/wheel shop, I'll leave their name out, and was told they're too busy to take a look/inspect today. Then called Lex Brodie's, which I should have done first. They said "bring 'em in and they'll inspect and repair if necessary." Thank goodness! Dropped the car off and received a call about an hour later that they inspected everything and turns out the pressure pin was loose and they tightened it and all other wheels were fine. Picked up car and to my surprise there was no charge!! These guys are honest and timely. Having car issues is no fun and glad they were able to remedy the issue. Would recommend these guys 10/10.

My car had a leak in the rear passenger tire from a patch that was failing. I called other places to get an ETA and was quoted a few hours before the tire would be looked at. Lex Brodie's could get me in 30 minutes later. I dropped my car off and headed back home and after another half-hour they called and said the tire needed to be replaced. It was only another 30 minutes after approval to finish the job. If I had gone somewhere else, I'd still be waiting for them to even look at the tire. They were also accommodating trying to work with my warranty program but after being on hold with them for so long, I told them not to worry and I'd see if I can get it reimbursed. I ran into an issue with the warranty since the invoice was in my spouse's name and not mine so I called Lex Brodie's back and they generated a new invoice for me and was able to email it. But the warranty people don't make it easy. I'm a happy customer and will be back when it's time to do the rest of me tires and/or wheels.

Service was done in a timely manner. they used technology appropriately to show what was wrong with the vehicle and why it needed replacing. I would love it if it was less expensive but willing to pay for professional service.

As always...the Associates were personable and friendly...waiting time was as expected....and done in a timely manner.

Just had my vehicle service and safety check, the staff was very helpful, our vehicle was completed with time to Spare...was able to get home in time for lunch.

The customer service here is 10/10 friendly staff & GREAT experience overall. Johnathan B. is great! Very professional. First time here and certainly NOT the last time.. will be coming back.
