Go to the Aiea branch, where customer service is top notch. This Waipahu branch has very poor customer service reps at front desk, who are unprofessional. Had to take my car back in twice for the same issue and I wanted an explanation on why I paid $750 for the repair and it didn't fix it. The older lady rep basically said it was now good to go. But when I asked the WHY and what was done...she hangs up without any response and puts me on hold for someone else. I call back to ask for the manager and was transferred to the Queen's location to speak to the manager there. lol. She then calls the Waipahu branch to see what's going on. Fortunately, the lead mechanic at Waipahu called me to explain the issue, which I appreciated. He was super patient and explained the issues on why the first fix didn't work. The front desk clerk should not be speaking on the repair if she doesn't know what's going on. I requested to speak with the mechanic and that's all I needed. Take some customer service tips from the Aiea branch. They are always understanding and professional, and they take time to get the answers I need as a customer. I will definitely go back to Aiea from now on. Customer service is everything.
