She made sure I didn’t forget to provide proper documentation required for process and she made me feel comfortable connecting with her and she called me around the estimated time she said my car would be ready. BRK and her Team at Kalihi location took care of my car because it is important to me that when I pay a lot of money for service, I expect outstanding and honest service and when drove out of the Kalihi location, I just felt good that my car ran smoother on tires and air condition cool. Service was great! Calls and texts were efficient. Everyone on site was helpful. The layout of the site itself was a little confusing, but probably just because there are so many cars getting serviced effectively. TY...VM!
