Maile K. Otis (I think this is the correct name based on other Yelp reviews and 'MKO' on my receipt) is incredible!! She is so efficient and so nice at the same time. I called early this AM because I knew I needed a HI safety inspection and knew I would not pass it without new tires. I also had not changed the oil in my car nearly 1 1/2 years due to the Covid lockdown and I am now trying to get out and return to 'normal' after full vaccination... But this is all about Maile and Lex Brodie's on Queen St. I was amazed at Maile's incredibly efficient processing of all paperwork, moving cars around, and acknowledging me, and everything else. I spent the AM discovering Kaka'ako, as I live in Kaimuki and seldom explore the rest of HNL. It was fun! The workmanship by the 'wrench turners' at this place was the best (I was spying from a distance when work was done, and totally approve!!)
