Employees were very friendly and worked professionally. My only issue was that they failed to explain that I failed my inspection and what my next steps were to remedy that problem before I left.

Quality parts, reasonable prices and excellent service! Had front brakes replaced and will be back to do the rear when needed.

The team at Kaneohe Lex Brodie's is quick, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They replaced my tires and found the best pricing options. I was in and out pretty quickly. They keep up with the courtesy mat stuff. As silly as it might seem, I really appreciated when I got in and found my car seat and everything in the positions I left them in. If you're in the neighborhood and need car care, it's definitely worth at least checking in with them

Came in to Lex Brodie’s Kalihi to see why I had a slow leak for my Mercedes GLK350 rear passenger tire. Vachelle Heyward was awesome. She was very helpful and provided me all the information I needed. The technician was able to locate a small screw in my tire and was able to repair the tire instead of having to replace it. All-in-all a great experience. Thank You Very Much! Aloha

It’s often hard to believe what a difference a day makes. I have been coming to Queen st for as long as I can remember. I learned very early in age that Lex Brodie’s was second to no one. And in the no less than 35 years that I’ve used a service weather it tires , brakes , gas , even a headlight. This was the first time I left unhappy. And I was very unhappy. So much , that I made my first ever complaint of any sort. And I made it known on the review page and Facebook. And it didn’t make me feel any better. I honestly felt cheap. It wasn’t but a few hours passing when the last thing I expected happened. Someone actually cared. And it was more than that. It was the most sincere, proactive, efficient, and most importantly successful responses to a customer problem I ever encountered. And I been a server in the restaurant industry for almost 30 years now. And when I found out that it was vice President Scott Williams personally responding to my grievance. I really felt as if my concern was taken seriously. Scott Williams is a huge asset to this company and it was very clear why they are the five star company they are. They exceeded my expectations by a mile . The entire staff, (and thats always ) is friendly and willing to make sure you don’t leave till your completely satisfied. Thank you Lex Brodie’s staff.
