I had a tire pop. I made an appointment to change the tire plus the other side so would be balanced. At the queen street location. Was talked into buying I bought 4 brand new tires , promising a bunch of discounts . Which turned out to be online coupons that we never got. They also told me I should do my brakes . I scheduled that too. Only to be told I had to do the rotars too when I dropped it off for the brakes. This now costing double the original quote again. But here I thought peace of mind had 4 brand new tires and lifetime brand new brakes. Ha ha ha. They laugh at you . My brand new tire pops coming home from work. Not even 2 months old. It pops from inside out. I take it in. They tell me it’s not covered because it’s a 45 series. Something no one told us. I have papers that say I have warranty’s. Receipts. But not good enough I guess. They get to do whatever they feel. Take advantage . Every step of my experience was bullying. I encourage you to never call lex Brodie’s for anything. They have been nothing but con artists. $1,600.00 I spent. And nothing they are willing to do. I’m sure they will tell me the warranty on the other 4 and my lifetime brake are now void because I wouldn’t buy a new tire. I am never going near there again so they can keep their empty promises anyway.

My car took longer than expcted , I am not complaing . the service I recived from your staff there was outstanding, they took very good care of me and my car. my hats off to you and your staf at waipahu. I am going to start telling all my friends and family to seek you shop out.

Went to Honolulu Lex Drodie, to have 4 tire changed. I had all 4 hub caps cover intact. After tire insallation. I did not noticed 1 of my hub cap fake nut was broken. they glued on a large fake nut in its place, It was months before I noticed the fake glued nut.

As always, great service and a super friendly staff.

From the time of check-in to checking out was about 2 hours. Fast and courteous service and friendly staff. Good customer service.
