Outstanding and super friendly service from the phone call I made prior to coming in and then while at Lex Brody checking in. Every thing was explained. I ran over a screw and lost tire pressure. I was told I could come in that morning. She explained walk-ins has a 2 hour wait, which I didn't mind since I was going to just drop off the car anyway. When we arrived, I explained where the screw was in the tire. She walked us out to our car, looked at where the screw was and informed we didn't need to replace the tire and only needed a repair. That was a relief which she provided on the scene instead of having us worry the incurred cost of replacing the tire while we wait at home. To our surprise, we were called informing the car was ready in about an hour. We needed use the car and Lex Brody came through. So BIG Mahalos Lex Brody and the super nice lady at the service desk. I'm sorry I forgot her name.

It was 20 mins before their closing time when we arrived. I asked the receptionist if they can still squeeze us in because we really need one of our tire looked at. She was accommodating. She started the process immediately and we were ushered to the waiting room. A few mins later, the tire mechanic brought the ailing tire for us to inspect. He explained what happened and what needs to be done in simple language. The whole process took less than 30 mins and we were out of there. Great customer service. Carry on!

12:00 appointment to check balance for tires. No call by 2:00 pm so we walk in. Come to find out they didn't even take a look at it. Waited another half an hour and still nothing done. I've been a long time customer, brought all my cars over the years to Lex. Try to support local business but, next time going to see a national chain
