JLA was my sales person. I have done business with Lex now for several years. I am very happy with the service they provide. JLA made sure that I was taken care of and followed me all the way through. When I asked about the alignment being done before the new tires were put on, she gave me a detailed description of why it was ok. It did take a long time to do the oil change, alignment, and tire change but they were very busy the whole afternoon. The whole time all the salespersons were courteous, professional, and respectful to all the customers that I witnessed. I shall be back.

Overall service good

I was waiting for my safety check to be done about 12 N. I was wearing a mask, but when I was sitting on the massage chair, I started to snack on some nuts; remained sitting more than 6 ft. away from everyone. A man named , Jack, walked up to me & told me in an inpolite condescending tone that I must have my mask on. I told him at lunchtime I was eating nuts & he continued to say there is a sign on the door re mask wearing, exerting his authority. I replaced my mask after I finished eating. How do you wear a mask where U are eating? I told Manny about his rudeness. I've serviced my car at the Pearlridge for many years. Freddie & Manny were good about my safety check.

I’ve taken company vehicles to this location and I have to say not only are they reasonably priced on there prices but the quality of work Is pretty good. The turnaround on the vehicles depends on the issue. Tie repair can be done in 1 hr if you bring it early in the morning. Service same also depends on the time of day. Now they are very understanding and if you have an emergency repair that need fixing all you have to do is ask. I haven’t had any issues. Went in there with a TPMS light on my work vehicle and after they removed & inspect all tire and TMPS & found no puncture all it was a bad beed seal. All that work was done and I was not charged. They take care of you here.
