First of all the girl that always checks me in is always so nice. She's always smiling and really helpful. She explains everything in full and makes sure I understand what's going on. It makes me want to keep bringing my car there for service. No matter how long the wait is, it's the check in process that makes it worth it. As long as she's working (I wish I knew her name) I always have no problem with their customer service.

Recently my car battery died and the dealership was quoting me $550 on top of the $230 for a diagnostic. I brought my car to Lex Brodie and they had all three battery options that my car might need (they had to look at it in person to determine the exact battery). They quoted me much less for the battery and labor than the dealership and the entire staff was super friendly. I am not a car person and I hate dealing with car issues. I always feel like I have no idea what I'm talking about and that I'm going to get up sold on things I don't need. The Lex Brodie people were all super friendly, helpful, and straight forward. They also were able to do the work really quick. I will defiantly be back for my basic car needs and suggest them with confidence.

Kyle has a great customer service. And a quick turn over in getting my car serviced. I always go to him when coming here. Lex Brodie’s Kaneohe is my go to repair shop for tires and oil change.

Best place to get tires, safety check, and oil change. Really great, helpful, friendly people there at the Waipahu location. Provided lots of info, worked out scheduling, and got a free loaner car as my car was going to take 3-4 hrs. But other than for my wife's shopping requirements, there are many restaurants and stores across Farrington Highway, you could walk to (ended up with a trunk load of stuff from shopping, so having the loaner car was essential!). And they had a customer lounge (waiting area), whereas other places have kept theirs closed and you have to wait in your car or the parking lot. My wife said she liked them the best too!

Lex Brodie employees were very kind, as soon as I parked my vehicle , I looked up and there was a pan employee walking toward me to see if I needed any help with my vehicle. He helped me with my needs and when I came back to pick up vehicle 5 hrs later cashier was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Lex Brodie! #26723

Brought my vehicle (with spare tire on) and the flat tire to the Waipahu Lex Brodie's. The tire service there were very friendly, professional and prompt. The flat tire was repaired and reinstalled on my vehicle in a reasonable time.
