5 stars Good service on wheel alignment, in and out in less than an hour.

Staff helped find the right sized tires, which are getting increasingly harder to find. Had a 7am appt. and thought I'd get processed as soon as possible, but it did take a bit longer than I hoped. That said, staff was great and when I saw my car I had to ask if they put the tires on the wrong location. Actually, they had cleaned up the 2 old sidewalls so they looked as good as the 2 new ones! Mahalo

I came in with a flat tire and it was really close to closing time on a Sunday. Lex Brodie staff went out of their way to fix the flat and even stayed late to do it. They said they really wanted to help me, and didn't think twice about it. Office staff and the man in the tire bay were amazing and very friendly. They we so nice about everything and yes, the warranty covered it all. No charge. For you aloha spirit, kind, complete and capable service, thank you VERY MUCH!

Over 4 years I have been serviced at Kalihi location and now I am going to stop visiting due to their late service. Recently 2 times I got serviced in 3 weeks for my 2 vehicles, but waited over 2 hours and 3 hours for the Oil change and safety check which I could get in an hour at any other mechanic shop. Even I made appointments every time in advance.
