Never fails! I am always a satisfied customer! I booked an online oil change appointment and was able to get a “same day” appointment. Garrick greeted me in the parking lot and checked me in promptly. I did a “ drop and go” and was expecting to pick up my car several hours later. I was pleasantly surprised to be called an hour later to say my car was done. Garrick greeted me upon pick up and recognized me, too, without me having to say my name. Professional and prompt service gets 5 stars from me!

After being stressed on wondering if my vehicle would need major repairs, a diagnostic test showed that the problem could not be found, however the belt on the car showed cracks and it was up to me as to whether I wanted to change the belt. I had the belt changed and felt a little relieved that it was one less worry about it having to break on me while driving. I took the car in because I experienced not able to start the car on two occasions and the third time it started with a little gunning the engine. Next day no problem in starting. I wanted to make sure that I would be okay. The staff member was so very courteous and helpful. I like going to Lex Brodies to buy tires and have the car checked and repaired. Thank you.

Lex Brodie's gets my five star review for excellence in customer service. Chelsea at the Aiea location went out of her way on her day off to assist me with filing my Enterprise auto Maintenence claim to pay for my tire replacement.

I love Lex Brodie's customer service and service as I have taken my vehicles here for years to tires, alignment, rotation, and more. Things I like about Lex Brodie's: Customer Service - someone always ask if you need help, been helped, greets you even if they see you are being helped, that's priceless in today's world of customer service. Customer Understanding: Explain things to you as to what they did Online ease of booking, cancelling, etc of appointments Work: I have never had any problems when they say two year wheel alignment they tell you to come back and check it about 6 months or so to make sure you are getting the best of what you paid for. Although I cannot speak for all the services they offer, I would recommend Lex Brodie's to my family and friends. I always tell people verbally as well when they are looking for a place to take their car for tires and what not.
