Great Customer Service from this store's personnel.

The mechanics/cashiers at Lex Brodie's are always nice and helpful. I've never had a problem with this establishment until my most recent 3 visits, which is why this isn't a 1-star review. Most recently, my car has had AC issues. Here is the history: First visit, they injected the dye and charged with refrigerant, said there were no leaks. 1-day later, hot air was blowing out. Next visit, they said the compressor was messed up. Replaced that for a price over 1,000. They couldn't finish the whole job on the same day, so I had to bring my car in the following Sunday. Third visit, they said there was another problem with the AC, since hot air was still blowing. Scheduled another AC check for the upcoming weekend. Final summary: 4 separate visits. Over 1k charge with an UNRESOLVED problem. I'm not even sure if replacing my compressor was necessary, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Revised rating will be dependent on how this final visit goes/how much I'm charged. I'm disappointed, but not ready to drop this establishment yet. Update: 1-star, Reasons: 1) Took 4 visits to NOT fix the problem. 2) Asked for a quote before doing anything to the AC, they started changing the compressor without calling. 3) Turns out the compressor wasn't the problem, so I was charged upwards of 1k for a faulty diagnosis.

Paid 30 dollars to get my tpms sensor programmed. They weren't able to do it, they wouldn't even give me an option for a refund. I usually go there to get my tires changed but I think I'll do my business else where from now on.

Went for scheduled alignment/rotation. One of your machines broke down and I was not given a chance to reschedule appointment; was not even told machine went down. Sat there for over 4 hours. Very disappointing.

I’ve been taking my car for service & repairs to Lex Brodies in the Pearl City location since 2013. I would like to say that their customer service is the best on this island. I recently had my A/C inspected & recharged. A few months later I had to get it checked again but still no major problem was found. They fully inspected & recharged it again. This time with no charge. Top of that I was offered a Car Rental service which was great. I can’t think of any other Auto Service companies that do that on this island. Big thanks to Mandy & the rest of the crew & I look forward in bringing my car there for service again. Keep up the good work!

Am very pleased with my service at Lex Brodie, would highly recommend their services. I had my oil changed here and earlier this week I had to get my safety check. I had appointments for both, and was very happy with how efficiently I was served. I was sent phone message reminders of my appointment; the whole process went smoothly. Thank you Lex Brodie!
