Very impressed with the service at this location. I went in on a Sunday afternoon to get help with the concerns of my brakes and tires. The gentleman (JYH) that approached the car was very friendly and eager to help. He made a next day appointment for me, but due to my work schedule I told him I had to wait a week out before I could take the appointment due to transportation. He suggested taking the next day appointment and informed me they could give me a loaner car. This was such a relief to hear, and I quickly took the appointment. Next morning when I checked in, the young lady behind the desk was friendly and kept me informed on where to wait and when Enterprise rental would be there. I was even more impressed when Enterprise delivered the rental to me at Lex Brodies. We conducted all paperwork on site. Hours later I received a text message and a phone call that my car was ready for pickup. I was able to drop the rental off at Lex Brodies and pick up my car at the same time. Amazing work on my tires and alignment, and thank you for the free brake inspection. SUCH great service, amazing savings, ease and convenience of receiving a loaner. I HIGHLY recommend Lex Brodies to all my family and friends.

The staff was amazing and shocked me with their service and care. I was able to use the online appointment scheduled to go an appointment for the very next day, to fix my flat tire. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel very comfortable. They even reviewed the recalls on my vehicle that was fixed by the dealers previously... then, I left my car their for them to fix... they were done promptly and I was able to pick it up fixed and they did it all with a smile!!! Thank you so much! I have been bringing my cars to Lex Brodie for years and I will continue to do so in the future.
