Quick Service for much needed break work. They had to keep my car and they were nice enough to supply me with a free rental car for the day. Check in/out was easy. I bought a package deal that allow my breaks fixed forever, which I think will be good given that I live in a hilly area so my brakes give out pretty quickly. They didn't pressure my to upgrade my purchase which I appreciate

Everyone was so friendly. They kept to the appointment time and my car was done in a little over an hour. The waiting area was sterile and social distancing was implemented. I always have great experiences having my vehicles serviced at the Lex Brodie's at Pearlridge.

Aloha ! I have been here many times before with various cars and have always been happy with the kokua and services. My only issue was at the last service. My car requires a "super synthetic oil change" which was done along with the battery check. Great ! However the add on the website also said there was to also be the AAA 38 point inspection. I brought that up when checking in the Honda but was told it required a "coupon" from AAA. I can't remember if I ever received a coupon from AAA concerning that service. I am a member and showed the card and I felt that I was just brushed off [ed]. The website description said it was included and did not mention whether you had to be a AAA member or not. Checked the receipt and it did not acknowledge whether the check was done, only the battery check. I checked the airfilter and a/c filter after I got home and although I already have a pair and was going to replace them myself, I now know they didn't even look at it because I would assume I would have gotten a warning or a up-sell to change it since they had the car. Long story short...If you need a special coupon from AAA, then your website should say so.

I had a recent check tire warning light & made an appointment at Pearlridge to change my tire sensor. It was a disappointment when I arrived that they told me that the Tire sensor was not available & was waiting to be restocked in a few days. My question is, why didn't they let me know that the part was not available when I made the appointment & before I wasted my time off from my busy schedule ? I had to reschedule my appointment again to successfully have it replaced. Lesson learned, make sure your parts are available & reserved prior to your visit. Other than that, services at Lex Brodie is exceptional; Sorry but No 5 stars this time around !

I am not fully convinced yet about this store. But I want you to support the businesses on your neighborhood. This is what good thing about Lex Brodie. If you need a vehicle to go to work and you need to fix your car, Lex Brodie is the repair shop to go to. Make appointment and go to them! Why? They offer a loaner car thru Enterprise. Enterprise would be there with paperwork on site. This is something others don't offer especially when you need to go to work. The ladies were friendly but give them time to do their job. Hours later you will receive a text message and a phone call that you car is ready for pickup. With that said, this service is one of a kind if you want to have your car repaired by Lex Brodies. I HIGHLY recommend Lex Brodies to all my neighborhood.

Got my Toyota Corolla in at at 7:00 am and I was on my way home by 7:50 am. I was rerally pleased with the service I received.

I just needed a tire rotation, called for an appointment for they next day and got a super friendly person on the phone. Got my pick of times for the following day. The service was fast and efficient. The employees there are friendly. Had such a good experience there.

A
