As usual the staff was courteous and on point with getting my vehicle checked in and in line for the scheduled service. I received a phone call when my vehicle's service was completed and was advised of what was done. When I went to the office to pick up my vehicle I was again advised what service was done and handed a copy of my invoice to read and sign. My vehicle was clean and ready to go. As an aside the vehicles tires were filled to correct psi. A huge THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

The folks at Lex Brodie's are honest and caring. In my experience, they care more about making sure your car gets back on the road with only the repairs you actually need than convincing you to get work done that is unnecessary. I will go to them for my auto repairs as long as I am in Hawaii.

Lex Brodie's in Waipahu went above and beyond my expectations. Momi and Jordan provided excellent customer service. They worked with my 3rd party warranty plan to get my tire replaced. It took a couple days of back and forth but everything was worked out. Will certainly return to for future tire service.

What could have been a bad experience turned out great due to the help of Lilo (sp?). I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. I was told it would take an 1 to 1.5 hours. 2 hours after dropping it off, I had not heard back. I called and a female answered the phone. When I asked about my tire, she said their still working on it because she did not have the paperwork. I told her it should have been completed 30 minutes ago and can I find out when I could expect to have my tire back. She said she would check and call me back. 30 minutes later I did not receive a follow up phone call. I called back and was very fortunate that Lilo answered this time. He looked into it and a few minutes later everything was resolved. Mahalo Lilo. Keep up the great customer service.

The staff were professional and polite. The job was done very quickly. I am a very satisfied customer!

I'm all about customer service and it seems that they are too! Everyone says hello when your there and also kept me updated on the progress of the work they were doing to my vehicle.
