Fantastic experience! From selecting my store online, to tire selection and pricing and setting up the appointment less than 3 days ahead. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and asked a few pertinent questions (e.g. do you have the wheel lock?), were led to the desk to sign off on the replacement of our (what we found out) were nearly 10 year old Michelins, with some new Michelin A/S's. We were quoted a few hours and left to go on our merry way. About 90 minutes later I got a call and the job was done! Quick, easy, everything explained and all at a reasonable price including alignment! Love these guys! They ALWAYS do a great job, make you feel welcomed and confident in your purchase.

During this covid 19 pandemic it was hard trying to find a place to fix my tire without an appointment. Lexbrodies Kaneohe took me right in without no problem. The waiting room have a television, vending machine so I could get a drink and a snack while waiting. It was clean cool and comfortable. The service was quick and less than an hour, I was out. Thank you Lexbrodies for service well done!

I care about good service and apparently so does Lex Brodies! They gave me quick and excellent service as soon as I walked in the door until the time my vehicle was finished. Thanks to Freddy who helped me out with straight forward old fashioned great service wish I knew the rest of the workers names because they were also very helpful and friendly!

My battery died in a parking lot. My friend jumped my car. Due to the pandemic, many places were closed to get a battery. Fortunately, Lex Brodie was open. The staff was cordial and quick. My car was tested and the new battery replaced within one hour. Thank you, great job Lex Brodie and your staff.

I'd just picked up my truck awhile ago for wheel alignment and when I was driving home , it's really a big difference comparing prior to the repair.
