My car's oil pan screw was recently stripped and needed replacement. Lex Brodies was able to order a new pan, replace, and give me a car rental within two days. I highly appreciate their communication, honesty, and genuine customer service. I was on my way to work and had a tire with low air pressure 2nd day in a row. Pulled in to the Waipahu location and the service was awesome!! I will be back again just because of how great the service was today!

I set an appointment on Tuesday morning for an appointment on Wednesday. I was allowed to set an appointment at 9:00 am but when I dropped off my car, I was informed that the tires I ordered were not yet delivered to the Kaneohe shop. If the tires were not expected to be at the shop at the time of my appointment, I shouldn't have been allowed to make my appointment before then. I was informed that my car may not be ready until the afternoon. However, I did not receive a call from the shop until 4:25 pm. If customer service is a priority, I should be informed when the tires were expected to be delivered or at least when they were delivered and when I could expect my car to be finished. Just one phone call would have been sufficient for me.

Junior and his staff did a great job taking care of my truck! Front end alignment and tire swap was spot on and reasonably priced(price matched big box store on the tires) Fast and courteous service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
