I recently left a very poor review regarding my last visit. I did not expect a reply, much less a very kind explanation of what I did not understand from my visit. Scott Williams was very patient and also apologized for charges for a warranty I was not given counsel on. He understood my displeasure at being charged $250 for a warranty that I did not request. The company did refund that charge at the time but I left feeling very wary of other charges. I'd like to thank Mr. Williams for his much appreciated response and generous gift to express the company's sincerity to good customer relations. I also appreciated that he said he would bring up my concerns to The Team to continue to provide exceptional service to their patrons. I'll see you again at my next service check or car repair need! As The Man would say . . . Thank You Very Much!

My tire problem light came on as I was on my way to my daughters house in Ewa. I pulled in and told the technician about my problem and they checked not only the problem tire but checked the pressure in all my tires. When I asked how much did I owe, and the technician said no charge! What a surprise! Unfortunately, there really was a problem as a couple of days later the tire was getting low again. When I went back I was warmly greeted, the plan was worked out, cost was agreed to, and was told the work will be done in a few hours. Weill, the work was completed in one hour, when I went to pay, I was given a discount of one third of the price quoted! Another surprise! Great service. By the way, waiting room was clean and social distancing was practiced. Great experience!

Bought 4 new tires from lex Brodie's the technician installed the sensors wrong. Took almost 4 hours to get the tires installed in the first place. They don't take into account the customers time. Now I have to sit another 2 hours so they can fix the problem. This is totally unacceptable. If you want really shitty service this is the place to be, if you want really good service than discount tires would be best. Remember cheaper price isn't always the best to choose. Really disappointed

Aloha! It was my first time visiting Lex for service. From the initial appointment to the outstanding customer service I received from Maile Otis I am hooked. During this stressful time of COVID-19 the last thing I need is a stressful service for my car. Maile and the team made me feel welcomed and well-taken-care-of.

This is the only place I trust with my car. The BEST! It took many failures in servicing to finally realize no one does it better. Mahalo!

Thanks for the new clutch, and later for taking care of the cracked and brittle splash guard under the motor. My car is 16 years old with over 260,000 miles on it, yet your mechanics always work on it like it's a newer model. Thanks for that.

I’ve always heard many good things about lex Brodie’s prior to me coming in today. I also looked at the different companies comparing to have my breaks done. I have to say I’m so glad I followed my gut and came in today! First off, I wish I would of gotten her name but the lady working the front desk was just plain awesome!! She was so welcoming, polite and professional. We get everything set up and I leave my car. Little while later she calls with an update, that only my front brakes needed repair. (I’m so used to dealing with places that try to get you to fix stuff when it doesn’t need to be)That was a big plus for me! Then she proceeded to assist me with my tires, bc as I already knew they were bad and she really helped me through the process and got everything for a great price! They were so fast! I thought it would be an all day thing, but they were done in 3hrs! 😱 I’m definitely only going to lex Brodie’s for all my automotive needs!!
