9:30 appointment to have oil changed. Got car back 2 hours later. Maybe short staffed? IDK.

I like their fast professional service

My wife's car had a low tire pressure light on when I drove into town. I couldn't get it fixed that Saturday as we had a full day planned with the kids so I had to find someplace on Sunday to fix my wife's tires. So I tried calling but couldn't get through the phone or text so I figured I'll check there and if they are not there I could try Firestone next door. I rather take it to Lex Brodie's cause they are a long time local company and always provided the best service. This time was no different. I dropped my car off and was told the wait was about 3 hrs as there were lots of cars that came before me. I understood cause there were visibly lots of cars with signs in there parking lot. I walked over to Pearlridge and waited for about 2.5 hrs before walking back. When I came back they were done. The drained tires and refilled the air and checked for holes and there were none so the air was just low. They handed me the keys and told me no charge. I was in disbelief. No diagnostic charge nothing. I was really impressed they fixed my tires for free even if it was just low air because they still spent time to do the checks. It made my Sunday a great one and will definitely take all my business here in the future as they are awesome!

I appreciate the professionalism of the entire Lex Brodie staff; they operate like a very well-oiled machine, and still manage to be so courteous. I have complete faith in Robert Rose, who addresses all of my car needs with due diligence and attention to detail. I always feel a renewed sense of safety after he completes my maintenance checks, and will continue to count on him every time I return for routine service and otherwise. A well-deserved MAHALO to all of you at Lex Brodie!!!
