Today’s visit at Lex Brodie’s pearlridge was AWESOME! Everyone was wearing PPE and in awesome moods. My appointment was for 9am and i was out by 9:40am.

Went there for an oil change, no appointment, expected to wait, first 3 hours went by, I didn't said much just wait, 3:30 passed， I asked for status , they said I will be the next, 5 hours went by, Still not getting it done, I end up waste 5 hours there and need to come back again

It's just nice to deal with people that are kind and, when it's your car, don't leave you questioning what they're saying or suggesting. I felt as good as one can about dropping more money than I usually would because I know the car's better off. And, I'll be back. Aloha.

This is my first visit to Lex Broodie's and they were very loyal and honest employees. I have 2018 Honda Fit recently had oil change/tire rotation done at the Honda dealer and other day my low pressure tire indicator light lit up and this tells me that either the dealer did not fill the air to my tires or i have slow leak recently happened. I took my vehicle to Lex Brodies to have them look at my tires, and couple hours I received a call and they found nothing wrong with the tires and they fill the air to spec for the Fit. So this tells me the dealer did not fill my tires with air when they rotated my tires. And the good part about it is, Lex Brodies did not charge me for the service, which is great!. If this was other shop or "CAR DEALER", they would probably charge me or tells me that I have a leak in one of the tire and when its not and charge me arm & leg for it. Thanks LEX BRODIES! ; )

My first experience with the Kaneohe store, the person who scheduled me put me on for the wrong day & I ended up waiting. I gave it another chance, made appointment online fir oil change and specified that I wanted to WAIT. The guy told me it would take 2hrs. Left my car at 8:50a, came back at 10:45a, car hadn’t moved. Another guy asked me if I was a walk in & I explained no.. he said he would check & let me know. No one came to inform me or apologize. My car was done around 10:20. I got no apology from either salesman. I apparently got some kind of discount for having to wait but the guy who rang me up said nothing. Never going back to this store & will not recommend...definitely not the customer service that was Lex’s mission.

Excellent Customer Service, professionalism, by all staff members. Great experience! Made an appointment a few days before and they were able to complete all repairs in a few hours! Awesome job by all!

Made an appointment to bring in my 20-year old Lexus because of a power brake problem. As I suspected, the power brake booster was leaking. However, what I was not aware of was the brake booster leak could be related to a bad master cylinder. Expensive fix if both the booster and the master cylinder needed to be replaced. Once they investigated further, the master cylinder was fine. Just replaced the brake booster. Saved me about $400. Everything working.

Efficiently ran with a friendly knowledgeable staff. You really can’t ask for more.
