The best place in Hawaii for tire and tire related services! Found a nail in my tire and took my truck to Lex Brodie and they took care of this issue quickly and at no charge. Can’t beat this kind of service!

Brought in my vehicle for it's first service. Ben found a factory issue that saved me a lot of stress and headache in the future. He called me right away and explained everything in detail. Reassured me that the correct part was on its way and gave me the questionable part to take home ( and take it to the dealership ). Ben is great . And also Girard ( who's usually there whenever I go in). Been going here since I moved to Hawaii and this is why. Reliable workers and above/beyond service.

I was pleasantly surprised that the wait time was shorter than I expected. They did my truck and my wifes car quick and very professional. Wanna give a SHOUT OUT to Kekoa who took both cars,Very appreciative.

Needed a safety inspection & got one same day. My tire tread for two tires wasn't enough & they didn't have any in stock so I purchased some and came back the day after. They already had the tires in stock by time I came back, so I asked if they would mount/ ballance all four, if I bout the two extra (which didn't have much life left) at their lesser rate even though two had been purchased somewhere else. They agreed! Awesome customer service. Bringing my truck in tomorrow.

When I first came in...the atmosphere was a little hostile like some of them were mad at a customer and talking about him as he was waiting outside. Then was complaining about the truck that was outside...I listened for a while until I said it was my ride. The guy rolled his eyes when I told him I was blocked in and couldn't leave and he looked so annoyed he had to move the car so I could leave. 4 stars because it was cheaper than another place I was about to go and the girl there that helped me was nice to me.
