Outstanding,! Kekoa took my car immediately, in spite of being very busy, and the mechanic crafted a replacement fuel line to replace the leaking existing fuel line, in around an hour. Always happy to see the Ohana and Kekoa, always friendly, very professional at Waipahu Lex Brodie's. The mechanic advised Kekoa he could fix it, he did, and I was done. Great Job!! Had such an awesome 1st-time experience at Lex Brodie's in Waipahu. The Staff, both outside and in, are professional, very welcoming and friendly, and assisted us with our concerns and questions, going through every option available to us; even kept us comfortable in the waiting room, all while keeping everything within COVID-19 guidelines. Even with a full busy schedule, the Staff still got our car done in such a timely manner. The overall customer service here is excellent, and a place I definitely recommend to everyone. I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and got satisfactory service by the intake staff; however, I was quite disappointed that this location did not have any hand sanitizer/wipes/or alcohol. When I entered my vehicle, I saw oil prints on my leather seats, which means that they took no care even during this COVID-9 situation. Other places, even without COVID would put at least a paper mat, and cover my steering wheel/ and driver's seat. Quite disappointed. Hope this review will trigger some better sanitation practices.

Great for routine maintenance. Worked me in for same day service. Price was reasonable for alignment and oil change. Only have one guy that can read error codes for your check engine lights. If that is what you need, make sure he's there.

Awesome service all the time. Kyle and staff always greets you with Aloha and a great full Mahalo after each svcs. Online appointments are great too. I can request the needs of my vehicles to be done. Sometimes I’ll need more info before an appointment on svcs needed, they really take the time with respect. Additional concerns I usually briefly voice them in person at check in. During this pandemic staff takes awesome measures to cover areas in the driver area to be safe. One thing tho , I wish someone would take the plastic seat covers, steering wheel cover and floor bib out to trash. The jobs done for my vehicles are done professionally and complete so far. With the unknown concerns they find the problem and get it done. The mechanics have solid understanding of their job with professionalism coming from education, knowledge and experience. They too take the time to give suggestions when ever the chances arises, once in while (rarely) you get to speak to them, it’s an-added complement to the over all great svcs.
