Lex Brodie consistently delivers top-notch service. EVERYONE employee we come into contact with shows professional, courteous and timely service. I took my car in for nails in one of my tires. Service was quick. Covid19 precautions were well executed.

Ben was friendly and helpful as always. Car wasnt starting and it first but it might be the starter. After it was jumped, we determined that it was probably the battery. They replaced the battery and checked all related electrical systems. Car is starting again and all is well.

Lex Brodies is a great place. They changed my tires, my battery, and basically took great care of my car on time and with reasonable prices. It is better than a lot of places I have been to.

From the store manager to the assistants slinging the tires, I was greeted, welcomed, wished a great day by one and all, and made to feel welcome and wanted. So every time I come here I am suuuper happy. Cooper always takes good care of me making me feel like family. I went last year and got two tires replaced cause they were pretty bald. Costco didn't have my size and I would've had to wait weeks for it to ship in so I called Lex Brodie's and they had my size. They were able to take me in right away and it was ready in just a few short hours. They have a nice waiting area with tv and coffee (but was sadly all out by the time I got there, shulks). I paid for alignment and they said if I come back in 6 mo they will do a free alignment if I need it, nice! I came back for the other two tires earlier this year and I had excellent service again. I made sure to come back with pizza and brownies to thank them all for their hard work and Aloha. Thanks Cooper!

Outstanding customer service! Actually, the best service I have ever received from a car service center. Lei and her team quickly diagnosed my tire issue, got me a great deal on new tires, and even solved a 5-year mystery problem my van suffered that numerous technicians from other companies couldn't figure out! All this while providing unprecedented customer care, attention, honesty, and value. I will be going nowhere else for my future car care needs. A very satisfied customer! Thank you Lei and team!

I like the customer service the staff gave us. They went beyond what suppose to be done.

Wait time was cut in half while our cars was getting our safety checks. Nice clean waiting room, social distancing in place and everyone wearing a mask. Massage chair is awesome.
