I had my car serviced 3 months ago and Lex Broadies installed the incorrect part. I had to have my car re-diagnosed at the dealership. We're human and mistakes are made all the time, but what stood out to me was the continued customer service throughout the error. Cooper (manager) reassured they would fix the error and check for damages because of the error and fix those if they had occurred, Darshelle ensured due to their error the service needed at the dealership would be reimbursed, and "V" was the mechanic that fixed the error and was incredibly attentive to my needs and ensured everything was in working order and I was satisfied before I left the lot.
