Since I was in the area I drove in to make an appointment. I needed to replace my rack and pinion, and my valve cover gasket. I was intending on bringing in my truck the next day. Jack told me that I could do it today and pick it up early afternoon. True to his word, and your Pearl Ridge staff I picked it up that day. Excellent service, knowledgeable and personable staff. I purchased two tires. Appointment was at 10:00am. Estimated 1 1/2 hrs to complete. They promised to call when finished. 4:00pm I called to check, person initially said was not ready. After being pressed, he realized he was speaking to the wrong customer. When I went to pick up my car, they charged me for a light change on another car. No apologies. So I'm not surprised at this error.

Lex Brodie’s is awesome! I serviced my car the day before at a car dealership and they wanted to do a wheel alignment on my car. Since I was going to Lex Brodie’s to do my tire rotation I decided to do my alignment there instead. Well what do you know!!!! My alignment is good and wasn’t charged!!! I’m sure that wouldn’t be the case at the car dealership!!! Pure honesty!! Love it!!

made appointment to install 4 new tires and was greeted by Jordan. He took care of everything I needed to know showed me where the waiting room was located. I was out of there in about an hour. Customer service was great with the cashier and the workers especially with Jordan. I would highly recomend this place. Thank you very much.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am to replace 4 tires and the truck was done a little after 9:00 am. They check the front end and told me that the tie-rods needed to be replaced and rear breaks needed to be changed. I think I'll be coming to Lex Brodie's from now on. Mahalo,
