I am as loyal a Costco person as you will hope to find, however the experience at their Tire Center was frustrating and discouraging. So, we decided to try the Lex Brodie's on Queen Street. Amazingly friendly and helpful. Guy named Marcello came right up to us after we parked our car and asked how he could help us. Who does that anymore these days? He gave us a full written quote, didn't push us to decide, was very professional (but super friendly) the whole time. When we came back two days later, he remembered our names (even behind our pandemic masks) and got us right in for a new set of tires. AND the price was the same as Costco! Well, six dollars off, but who's counting when they're so nice? I can't believe I've lived here for 42 years and never tried Lex Brodie's. My loss...

Very happy with the wheel alignment on our Toyota Sienna. The mechanic took the time to explain the adjustments he had to make and reminded us to come back within 6 month the free re-check after the new suspension and new tires settled in.

My company's catering van had a nail in the left rear tire 2 weeks ago and it was fixed at another location. I took the van in to the Kaneohe location and made an appointment for 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. It was already approximately 4:00 PM and I was in the waiting room. I could see my van and the team at Lex Brodie's Kaneohe working on the tire in question. It took some time but eventually I saw a number of employees working on the tire and after 2 hours the fix was done. Because the original tire fix was made at another Lex Brodie's there was no charge. What did take some time was the explanation. I believe his name is Ben but he took the time to explain to me what had happened. Basically the repair that was made 2 weeks ago failed. I was driving on a ticking time bomb. He took the time to explain how the damage is real close to being time to replace my tire. He mentioned how the the area where the repair was made before may not have been prepped right. Regardless, they were able to fix the repair again and explain to me everything. This is late on a Friday afternoon and in the middle of a pandemic. The time that Ben took to explain everything and not charge me for their time is why I will bring my work vehicles and personal vehicles back to Lex Brodie. As a local company the positive reputation that they have is well deserved. The service I got on Friday afternoon was A LOT more than I expected. Other auto shops may just disregard or tell me to buy a new tire. Nope, Lex Brodie's Kaneohe will take the time to explain it all. Thanks Kaneohe Lex Brodie's. I will definitively be back.

Good but I was promised a pickup time at 12pm but didnt receive the car until almost 5pm.

Excellent customer service and did a thorough job on changing the flat tire and rotating them too. Best to come here early because then it will take a awhile to do what you need done. Make an appointment instead walk in.

Had a major blowout and my tire couldn't be saved took my tire in for a new one and got massive help from Base. Affordablity and great customer service despite Covid19.
