I will never ever again set foot in Lex Brodie's location any of them. I took my vehicle in for some front-end work after it was done they charged me quite a bit, I thought it was a bit too much and sure as shootin' everyone who knows their stuff said they charged me TRIPLE what it should have been, every one who knows cars said this. On top of that, notice driving away after I paid, there was play in the steering column, very imprecise steering. I pulled right back in. They tell me; well that's just something that was always there you never noticed it before but now that has a brand new front end it became noticeable to you but it was always there. I was incredibly insulted they were playing me for an idiot or fool well I might be that during happy hour but not while I'm trying to maintain my livelihood. Bottom line; they're the most expensive in town they charge you much more than anyone else, they damage your vehicle and they don't fix the damage they created while insulting you and blaming you . That business format absolutely lacks integrity and credibility. {...read LB's insulting veneer-thin generic cut-n-paste pseudo-apologetic responses to valid substantial experiences and complaints: "Sorry, ah. Gimme the invoice number. Who assisted you. Whats da warranty date. Visit the "team" page in our website. Now email us. whats da online appointment confirmation. whats yer proper mailing address. Show us yer receipts." They make ya jump through hoops as extra punishment for visiting them. All these demands basically hoping you will just say ah ta heck widdit! and no more complaining. And NO, I ain't agonna do nuffin no mo. I don't care about them improving ANYthing for future customers. I was SKROOOD! And at THAT time was when they should ask for how to improve service. I quote their sheepish bleating: " We need your invoice number so we can look into your concerns. We are transparent when we look into our customers concerns. We do our best to look at the visit from the customers concerns and see if we can correct the concerns. We hope to have the opportunity to look into your concerns. " (sure as heck seems SOMEone has not heard of the existence of the Thesaurus) ( "TY...VM for you understanding and patience. Sincerely, " An indication of false sincerity; No spelling out of thank you very much. It is all abbreviated. And the misspelled "apathetically, manipulatively", by spelling it: Sincerely "for you understanding and patience" wot da hell?! for you understanding?! Da hellzat mean. And I am deeply offended, insulted, and chagrined someone assumes what my emotional state is now. NO one is in any position to know what I am thinking, or feeling! I am experiencing and displaying not ONE IOTA... of understanding and patience) NAAAH! TOOooooo late! You know the old saw: Once bitten, twice shy! (very applicable here!) Their crocodile tears move me to not one inch.}
