I have no issues with vehicle service, however, the information services need to be updated. It seems as though I was left waiting in the customer lounge for a little more than an hour, as the personnel decided to leave a voicemail on my old phone number. Mind you, I made the appointment online and included my updated phone number (a required field by the way), but the personnel decided to use the information that was stored previously. I hate wasting time and finally just decided to ask about my car, only to be informed it was done over an hour ago. I know I should have asked sooner, however, this goes against my faith in the customer service as I was sure that they would let me know it was finished, as they have done so in the past, which explains why I just let the professionals do their job. A simple fix, such as asking me if all the contact info was correct before taking my keys away would solve this, or an update to the system. I mean seriously, the lounge is so close to the desk and no one thought to ask me if I was waiting on something? I see them stopping by every so often to look at the game on the tv.
