LexBrodie staff never lets me down. Excellent service and customer service waiting area. Came in for only my tire rotation and inspection revealed it was time for new brakes.

5 stars for service. Busted down to two because of paint damage in the area of my safety check. I took my car in a couple of weeks ago to get my tires rotated and have a safety check completed on my car. The tire rotation was free (didn't know that), safety check inspection was $25. A few days after having this service done, I went to wash my car at home. I noticed that there was a brand new paint scratch just above the new safety check that wasn't there before that was likely caused by the removal of the old safety check sticker. Check your cars before you take delivery of the keys when they're finished being serviced.

The crew is awesome. Had a blowout and they took care of me.

My boyfriend and I were able to do a walk in for an emergency tire change. The workers at the Pearlridge location took excellent care of us. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He suggested what tires to get and mentioned the warranty that came with the tires. I really like that he was straight-forward with the transaction. I don't like when people try to add on extra unnecessary services and he didn't. He told us the pricing and the time it would be completed (and it was completed on time). As we drove off the lot we noticed a difference in our drive (in a good way). We felt the drive was smoother. Thank you, Lex Brodies!!
