I dropped my car off for a routine oil change. It was a busy morning during the week so all the customers were there trying to be quick and get to work. Kevin checked me in and was so quick, professional and had excellent customer service the whole time. Eye contact and smiles. Rachel called and texted to let me know my car was ready for pick up and she hustled to make sure my car was in position right after I paid. She answered my questions thoroughly and was very kind. Great experience overall!

New Lex Brodies rear pads squeaked backing up every day since installed. Took nearly all day in waiting room, replace new rear pads within warranty and had to change the rotors this time at my cost almost $300, without appointment. Rotated tires. Good job and explanation of mechanic, showed me a rotor. Took the car back 3 times for inspection and resolution. This time I had to pay, because I wanted action within the warranty.

I had a great experience there the people that worked on my truck did a good job

It can be very intimidating for senior citizens. . . even more so for a female senior citizen to manage auto services on her own. I was greeted with a smile and treated courteously and with patience from beginning to end. For that I am most grateful and will definitely choose to get all my car needs taken care of here. These guys are just GREAT! I always get my car serviced there but more recently I had an issue with tear in my windshield wiper. Since it has been raining so much I was really frantic it get it fixed. I stopped in without an appointment hoping I could get it fixed in the next couple of days and the gentleman with the red beard was so nice and said they could do it for me over the next hour if I could wait. It was such a relief to get this done. I have been going to Lex Brodie for all my car repairs for the past probably four years (I was going to a national chain before hard to get an appointment and forget dropping in to get anything repaired). The Kaneohe branch is great, and I assume that all the others are too since this seems to be the company culture.

Great job fixing my brakes. It was fast making an appointment, did not have to wait for days. Mahalo for a fast good job done well.
