Had a slow leak tire to fix, and I needed a safety check. Made an appointment at Lex. Got there a good 30 minutes early. I waited a good hour and 45 minutes for my car. I think it was a little to long of a wait, but they did a good job.

Everything went well. I got the check up which includes oil change (synthetic), tire rotation, and other check up. It was done in a little over an hour! Thank you!

Took my car in for 6 months maintenance, free tire balance and rotation plus vehicle inspection. I got the car back in record time. The staff were very professional and helpful. I had a front end wobble before taking it in and had taken the car to another car repair place and they couldnt find the problem and told me to keep driving until it gets worse so they can locate the problem well guess what after the tire rotation and balance the wobble is gone. Thank you so very much for the honest diagnosis for my vehicle. I brought my car in for what I thought would be a very costly repair on my brakes. After test driving and testing my brakes in all situations that one would go thru while driving I was told that nothing was wrong with my brakes. My car performed the way the ABS was designed to do. Kyle was very informative and very nice. He explained that my brakes are still in good condition and no immediate action need to be taken. Once again, the team at the Kaneohe Lex Brodies came to my rescue. Even with proper care and maintenance, breakdowns happen. Luckily I was able to limp my vehicle into the shop and the diagnosis was exactly what I expected, actually it was a little worse, but none the less, they were able to get the parts ordered from the mainland and put my ride back together the day the parts arrived.
