Had an issue with my car. They fixed it. Wish it hadn't cost as much as it had...but that was out of my control. Car had to be fixed. They did what needed to be done & fast.

Chelsea goes above and beyond and I appreciate the special care she takes with myself and my family. She got us going with new tires on my husbands truck and she always takes care of my needs for my car.

They do not treat you good if you don't buy their stuff! I brought two of my own tires to put on and after i left my car and took and uber back to work, they called me to say they wouldn't put them on because they were not the exact specified tire the car needs and then tried to sell me their tires. When i went back to pick up my car and spoke to the manager, he tried to argue that my rims were 9.5" and that's why he couldn't do it but when i looked up my car specifications my rear wheels are actually 9" and this was confirmed when i went to another dealer and they happily put the tires on for me. Definitely not the service I've come to expect from them. They were good in the past. They still get 1 star because the other staff that helped me were professional and courteous but definitely not the manager. What made it worse is that he never even reimbursed me for the trouble of having to take an uber ($30) back and forth all for nothing AND for completely wasting my time!

This week folks at Lex Brodie’s worked very, VERY hard to find out what the matter with our car was. Now it feels like a brand new car. A couple years ago I was afraid what the costs might be to fix a what I thought might be a major problem with my car. It turned out to be a simple, very inexpensive fix. They could have said a lot needed to be done and charged a fortune and I would never ever have known better. I totally trust these caring folks! Totally! Thank you very much! Jim Kennedy Ewa Beach
