Update 3rd review their back!!! The service is fantastic! Last visit I had brought my initial review down from 5 to 4 stars because customer service wasn't the same, it was ok but very impersonal. We all know with a car shop there's a long wait time and a heavy toll on the coin purse that can leave a scar lol That being said I would like to have good customer service Good explanations Good advice Status updates Decent waiting room Appreciate the fact the I choose your company If possible, to personable I'm very happy with this place

Helpful staff, friendly service, detailed itemized bill. Only downside was the condition of the waiting room. Needs some tlc.

I've always had a great experience in having our vehicles serviced by Lex Brodie's!

We went into Lex Brodies on a Sunday because one of our tires had a slow leak. we had an appointment scheduled but ended up going a little early. Their Customer Service was amazing. First, they made no hesitation to take us right when we got there. We came in with lots of questions and the staff answered them all. What we thought was going to take over an hour (or two), turned out to be just under an hour. They fixed the problem and ended up costing less than what I expected. They explained the issue with a lot of detail and really gave us peace of mind. I later found what looked like a piece from a socket wrench so I went in and told them I thought they left it in my car. The gentleman that had stepped behind the counter (who looked like was just about to have lunch), told me what it was (turned out to be mine) and even took me to my car to show me how it worked. Now if that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. Lex Brodies and the staff are just down right awesome and offer so many types of services. Yah, we will definitely be back again and again! Thank you Lex Brodies and all the fabulous staff!

All I had to do was drive my car into the garage, and the service people did the rest, super efficiently, professionally, and accurately. The waiting room was also clean, very cool, comfortable, and the Alabama game was on the big screen T.V.! I had an enjoyable short wait for my battery to be changed. Thank you very much!!

Friday I took my 2015 Nissan Quest to Pearlridge Lex Brodies because my low tire pressure alert illuminated. I asked the technician to check the tire pressure in all 4 tires. He instantly told me I needed both front tires replaced. Now, in fairness I'll tell you that the staff provided fast service in that regard. I know I have to drive a couple of miles at over 17 mph to get the icon to "turn off" but that hasn't happened. I'm of the opinion that you sold me the new front tires and assumed that they were the reason for the low pressure indicator. I don't think they even tested the back tires. I'm going to have to come back to have the job redone. Not satisfactory!
