Great friendly staff and efficient work!

I'll gladly wait. Just wanted to exercise my right to update. So the annual safety check was due and well I came here. You read the Crawford & Co review right to get the full effect on this review right? Anyway this place has change over course of let's see a year. The waiting room just like the staff is now customer friendly. Yea they still offer coffee and free WiFi but they really improved in their use of dead space. There's now plenty of seating compared to before. I hope they one day upgrade from those tacky no padding seats to sofas. And now they have charging stations. So instead of watching the HNG or some game show, you can charge up your iPad or phone and watch on you own device. Overall still five stars with this improvement and the service you can't miss. Now excuse me, it's time to watch Walmart Black Friday videos. M

Appreciated the honest assessment of my front tires condition back up with fact. Jim just bought out his measuring tool, measured the tire tread depth and showed/ read them to me. Wish that he would have put this information in writing. After all this was the whole reason that I was there. I'm glad that I did not let the dealership persuade me to buy new tires. My inner voice whispered, "Ask Lex Brodie. " I'm grateful that I did. Thank you very much Lex Brodie.

Staff are friendly & effective. Before any work was done, it was run by the manager who made sure that I wasnt paying extra for something I didnt need. (The girl who checked my car in didnt know squat about cars, she was gonna charge me for 5 tires because my bolt pattern was 5 )

Great service, great prices, and more importantly great employees. Jack and Maile were awesome and I got my car back the same day. So much better and cheaper than taking it to the dealership.

Lex Brodie's was a much more pleasant experience than I normally have for these things. I came here for a safety check after calling around to a bunch of places. Everyone was booked including Lex Brodie's but they said bring your car in as a walk in and we should be able to get to it. Brought my car by and they said it would be done in about 90min - 2 hours. Went down the road to go work out and as I finished working out they called me to say my car was ready to be picked up. $20 and an hour. That's all that it took. If the rest of their service is like this I'll probably use them for other things I can't do myself.

I had a screw in my right back tire so it was slowly loosing air. I had your team fix it. My tires clearly states 31psi on them. the tech for some reason put 38 in each of the tires that already had 31psi in them and 41psi in the tire that was fixed. Not sure the reasoning for this and since all you do is tires one would assume you had trained your staff on tire pressure. I am not the expert but I would think too much air in tires is almost as bad as too little. I also requested that my windshield wiper water be replenished when I checked in and that was not done either. Very discouraging as Lex Brodies has always been solid.

I needed to bring my SUV in for warranty work and without any hesitation or hassle, they took my car in and did the work without charge with a smile.
